Services

SinghJi Tech provides custom software development, consulting, and related technology services under separate project agreements or statements of work signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive 100% ownership of custom code and deliverables as specified in the project contract. SinghJi Tech retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts. Typical terms: milestone-based payments tied to deliverable acceptance. Late payments may pause work until resolved.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagements. NDAs are signed before detailed project discussions.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid under the specific project agreement. SinghJi Tech is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
